Founder & Director Of Community Relations: Tammy Tomasello

Tammy has a degree in Education from Bowling Green State University and has taken graduate courses from Cleveland State, Notre Dame College and Ashland University.  She is a teacher in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District where she currently teachers 4th grade.  She has been a volunteer in community organizations involving special needs children and has done fundraising for private organizations.  Tammy was a long time Parma resident.


Co-Director and Director of Events: Renee E Emrhein

Renee worked at the Cleveland Clinic for 8 years in the Medical Education Department. The last 20 years she has served as the Administrative Assistant for Emrhein and Associates. She was a figure skating coach in Parma Heights and taught figure skating lessons. Renee has organized numerous fund raisers for local grade schools, high schools and sports teams. She resided with her family in Parma for many years.

Debi Sands

Debi has over 2 decades experience in the Financial Services Industry, holding positions in both Management and Education. She is currently an AVP and Financial Center Manager at Fifth Third Bank where she has been employed since 2000. She holds a BS in Business Management and a certification in Synchronous Learning. Debi is active in the community and volunteers as a facilitator for outreach programs promoting Financial Literacy and Financial Wellness. Debi resides in Parma with her husband Tim and son Ryan. In her spare time, Debi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking (never baking) and antiquing.

Lynn M. Clelec

Lynn obtained a BS from Miami University and an MBA from Cleveland State University.  She is currently the Director of Industrial Solutions Business Unit for Midwest Industrial in Canton, Ohio.  Lynn has 30 years of experience in strategic planning implementation for industrial sales and marketing organizations. Lynn is a member of many professional organizations including the American Coal Council and the Steel Manufacturers Association.  She attended high school in Parma Heights and now resides in North Royalton with her family. 

Diane C. Kaszei

Diane Kaszei has been with The Cleveland Foundation since 1990. She became Grants Manager in 2004 when the Foundation centralized its grantmaking. Prior to working as Grants Manager, she worked in the Gift Planning and Donor Relations department helping donors with their grantmaking and as an assistant in the civic and economic development program area. Diane holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Myers University.

Sandy Premura-John

Sandra was born in Parma, graduated from Valley Forge High School and has an associate of arts degree from CCC-West. She currently holds the position of EEO contract coordinator for the ODOT D-12 and has 32 years of public service. Sandra has been a volunteer for "Littlest Heroes" and team leader for the American Cancer Society "Great Strides for Breast Cancer" walk. She participates in charity walks and volunteers in fundraising events.

Jac Tomasello

Jac is currently Vice President of Cleveland based Dependable Lubricants, LLC, which holds contracts with various international manufacturers including several of China’s largest producers.  In addition, he is a qualified legal mediator and licensed Ohio insurance agent.  Jac received a degree in Business Economics from The Ohio State University Fisher School of Business and previously worked in finance.  He is currently attending The University of Akron School of Law and is scheduled to sit for the Ohio Bar Examination in early 2016.  Jac is involved in youth baseball and hockey and a former player of Cleveland Barons hockey and Parma Stars baseball.

Penny Kmitt

Penny is currently enrolled at North Royalton High School and plans to attend college to pursue a major in journalism. She in extremely active throughout her high school, as she participates in many clubs including: Student Council, Key Cub, and Link Crew. She was elected secretary of National Honor Society and is responsible for tutoring underclassmen every week. She hopes to participate in the organization throughout college.
